Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing has unveiled its new 125cc scooter in Indonesia, called the 2015 Yamaha Mio M3 125. The new scooter is the third generation of Yamaha’s Mio. It sports a new “blue core” engine that runs more efficiently and has better performance compared to the carburetor engine. It has a total output of 9,52 hp at 8.000 rpm and a maximum torque of 9,6 Nm at 5.500 rpm.
The 2015 Yamaha Mio M3 125 is also has an “ECO” indicator light to help drive efficiently.
The 2015 Yamaha Mio M3 features M style handlebar and headlamp, smokey taillamp, 10,1-litre luggage, and it is available in six eye-catching color schemes including selfie red, chat white, tweet magenta, chat black, hastag brown and tranding yellow. It can be had with a casting wheel or a spoke wheel.
YIMM plans to produce 860.000 units of the 2015 Yamaha Mio M3 125 next year, with 10% will be exported to selected countries in Asia.
In Indonesia, the 2015 Yamaha Mio M3 125 is priced at IDR 13,980,000 ($1136.72) for the CW version, and IDR 13,080,000 ($1063.54) for the SW version. Both are aimed at young urban adults.
