PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) Indonesia has released the third generation of the Honda Blade, dubbed the Honda Blade 125 FI. The new curb now boasts a 125cc, SOHC engine with PGM-FI system instead of a 110cc engine which found on the last year model.
The new engine delivers better fuel economy and acceleration. The 2014 Honda Blade 125 FI accelerates from 0 to 200 meter in 12.6 seconds and has a top speed of 100,7 km/h. Furthermore, the new Blade now features a larger 4 litre fuel tank and a 7,3 litre storage underneath seat.
The 2014 Honda Blade 125 FI will be offered in two version: The Honda Blade 125 FI S “single disc brake” model and the Honda Blade 125 FI R “double disc brake” model. In Indonesia, both Honda Blade 125 FI S and S are available in Winning Red and sporty Red White Blue, with price starting at Rp. 15.350.000. Honda also offers the Blade Special Repsol Edition, available for Rp 16.050.000.
PT Astra Honda Motor says it expects to sell 15.000 units/month.
