Honda has announced the 2016 model year of its three “X” crossover, the CB500X, NC750X and VFR1200X Crosstourer.
For 2016, the Honda NC750X, which was first and originally introduced as NC700X in 2011, gets a comprehensive design change for a more rugged, adventurous look. The NC750X receives new LED headlights and taillights, 70mm taller windscreen, three levels of S mode for the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) version, new Showa “dual-bending” valve front fork and pre-load adjustable rear shock, and a new compact lightweight muffler alongside with aesthetic upgrade. Here it is the look of the 2016 model year of the CBR500R. Made its public debut at the AIMExpo show in Orlando, Florida, the second-generation CBR500R features a “Aggressive Speed Shape” fresh, edgier design and gets several equipment upgrades.
The 2016 Honda CBR500R gets a revised bodywork, LED headlamp and shortened, upswept taillamp. The 500cc bike also comes equipped with a new shorter exhaust muffler, smoother shifting, adjustable front brake lever, a larger fuel tank, a pre-load-adjustable fork, and a new ignition key. Described as the “easy-to-handle and economical motorcycle” Honda hopes the Electric model will follow the success of the Honda Super Cub as the best selling motorcycle of all time. Its heavy battery is low placed in the middle of the body, to make it easy for the user to mount and dismount the new electric concept.
