At the 2013 EICMA Motorcycle Show, Piaggio Group has revealed its newest scooter called the Vespa Primavera, replacing the LX model which was firs introduced in 2006. The 2014 Vespa Primavera will be available in three displacements: 50cc (two- or four-stroke); the new three-valve 125cc (11 hp) and 150cc (13 hp).
The 2014 Vespa Primavera also gets updated electronic fuel injection and CVT transmission system. The new Primavera sits on 11-inch tyres which comes with 5-spoke alloy wheels as well as has a longer wheelbase and a larger underseat luggage capacity than the LX’s. The new scooter weighs around 120-kg.
The 2014 Vespa Primavera will be available in six different colors: MonteBianco White, Blue Midnight, Dragon Red, Crete Senesi Brown, MareChiaro Light Blue and Vulcan Black. No word on pricing.
