2012 Honda NC700X has been released by Honda at 2011 EICMA motorcycle along with the naked 2012 Honda NC700S. The adventure-touring NC700X is powered by 47 hp in-line 2-cylinder 643cc engine and has unique styling as well as some off-road capabilities.

2012 Honda NC700X has long-travel suspension, 43mm inverted fork and a link-type shock as well as a 33.5-inch seat height. This crossover model with more upright riding position than Honda NC700S will be available with a six-speed manual gearbox and an optional dual clutch transmission (DCT). Other features include 62.8-inch wheelbase, 28-degree of rake with a more conventional 4.2 inch of trail, as well as wire-spoke wheels-110/80-19 and 150/70-17 sizes.

The NC700X crossover offers the long-travel suspension, agility and commanding riding position of an off-road bike in an overall package with high standards of stability, braking and engine performance.
