Honda has recently introduced its budget-friendly naked bike, the 2014 Honda CG110, for the African market. The 2014 Honda CG110 is now available in Negeria and has a price tag of only 100,000 Nigerian naira (about £383.63 or US$630 at today’s exchange rate).
With the skinny chassis, the square headlight, the one piece seat, and thin easy-to-fix wire wheels, the new CG110 is far from being impressive. However, Honda has designed the bike to offer good fuel economy and durability while running on the often tough road conditions in a third world country, Nigeria.
The 2014 Honda CG110 is powered by an air-cooled 110 cc single with corrosion-resistant drum brakes. The new CG100 is the third model manufactured by Honda Manufacturing (Nigeria) Ltd, right afer the Honda Ace CB125-D and Ace CB125 models, which intoduced in 2011. Honda has also announced that the two Ace 125cc models are back for 2014 and receive minor upgrade.
