The famous retro-styled 2013 Honda CB1100 which only available in Japan and Australia will soon hit Europe. Unfortunately, there is still no word the 2013 CB1100 will ever be offered in North America.
The 2013 model of Honda CB1100 ‘mixes naked and classic style with thoroughly modern and engaging performance.’ According to Honda, the new CB1100 has ‘a small part of the soul of a true original – the Honda CB750 Four, a bike that has cast a long and influential shadow over motorcycling since its debut in 1969.’
The 2013 Honda CB1100 is powered by an 1140cc air- and oil-cooled inline-four DOHC, fuel-injected unit that delivers 88bhp and 93Nm of torque, with Honda claiming a fuel economy of 59 mpg (25km/l). The 2013 Honda CB1100 comes with a tubular steel double-cradle chassis, 41mm preload-adjustable telescopic fork, Showa preload-adjustable twin rear shocks, 3.9 gallon tank and sits on 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 110/80 and 140/70 tyres. For safety, The CB1100 comes standard with ABS system with twin 296mm discs at the front and Nissin 4-piston calipers. Kerb weight is about 248 kilos.
The 2013 Honda CB1100 will be offered in Pearly White, Glory Red or Graphite Black color. The Pearly White and Glory Red variants come with Eternal Silver side panels while the Graphite Black version comes with matching side panels.
