In addition to the 2015 Aprilia Caponord 1200 Rally, Piaggio will present the new generation of its all-time popular Moto Guzzi V7 Lineup. Dubbed the Moto Guzzi V7 II, the lineup again includes the V7 II Stone, V7 II Racer and V7 II Special. All retro-styled naked bikes will come with the same longitudinally-mounted engine, but mounted 10mm lower and tilted 4° forward in order to improve the bike’s aesthetics. The new engine placement also provides more leg room for taller riders. Furthermore, Rider’s footpegs also have been lowered to 25mm from 26mm, creating a much more comfortable riding posture for short riders.
The new Moto Guzzi V7 II generation also gets a 2-channel ABS braking and Moto Guzzi Controllo Trazione (MGCT) traction control, a 6-speed gearbox with revised clutch actuation (instead of slow-shifting five-speed), and a solo seat – height reduced to 30.7 inches from 31.7 inches.
The 2015 Moto Guzzi V7 II Lineup is schedulled to arrive in European showrooms in November.
Like the previous versions, three versions will be available as follow:
– The 2015 Moto Guzzi V7 II Stone available in four matt colors
– The 2015 Moto Guzzi V7 II Special available in three colors
– The 2015 Moto Guzzi V7 II Racer available with a chrome tank
