Yamaha Yard Built XJR1300 Cafe Racer by Iron Heart

Yamaha has teamed up with Japanese selvedge denim company Iron Heart to create the Selvedge denim inspired Yard Built motorcycle, based on the Yamaha XJR1300.

Designed to be for a mature rider which represents what both Yamaha and Iron Heart are all about, this stunning ‘grown up’ cafe racer is expertly realised by the Japanese custom house Ken’s Factory. It features a CNC machined aluminium clock case, grips, front and rear indicators, headlight bracket, front fender and foot pegs. There’s no cutting or welding to the frame. The fuel tank is a handmade item, and also the seat that is hand upholstered with Iron Heart’s signature 21 oz. selvedge denim and set with pure silver rivets.

Furthermore, the Yamaha Yard Built XJR1300 Cafe Racer also comes equipped with lightweight Kineo wheels, Ohlins shocks, handle bars from Magura, a titanium manifold, and custom twin stainless steel mufflers.

Visually, the Yard Built XJR1300 Cafe Racer bodywork is covered in a deep indigo blue paint job completed with Yamaha Speedblock and pin striping, plus the Yamaha and Iron Heart logos finished in gold leaf while the Speed block design and stitching on the 21oz Selvedge Denim seat are in the Iron Heart brand signature classic orange.

Powering the bike is the 4-cylinder DOHC 1,250cc air-cooled engine that provides 98hp and 108 Nm of torque.
