Yamaha has recently introduced its new scooter for Indonesian market, the Yamaha X-Ride.
Featuring innovative new styling with an off-road image, the all-new 2013 Yamaha X-Ride is powered by 113,7 cc, 4 step, SOHC, 2- valve, fan cooled single-cylinder engine that generates 7.75 PS (5.7 kW) at 8500 rpm and 8.5 Nm of torque at 5000 rpm. The engine comes with an automatic transmission, adops ignition system TCI (Transistor Ignition Control), and equipped with Yamaha’s exclusive YMJET-FI (Yamaha Mixture Jet-Fuel Injection) fuel injection system that helps improve fuel economy in the practical use range and for a pleasurable acceleration feeling.
Visually, the Yamaha X-Ride has sporty, innovative exterior styling with amazing graphics using an “X” motif. The “extreme” scooter also features “V” position lamp, unique tailight, two-tone seat, smart lock system, aerodinamic sidegrille, as well as the specially designed suspension and a wide rear tire (100/70) for outstanding traction performance.
The 2013 Yamaha X-Ride comes in four different body colors: Drifting Black, Adventure Black, Skater White, and Crosser Blue. It will go on sale in Indonesia this month for 14,400,000 IDR (OTR).
