Luxury at its finest. To mark the 40th of the Giorgio Armani brand and 130 years of the piaggio group, Piaggio has teamed up with Italian fashion house Emporio Armani to create a new special edition version of Piaggio’s iconic scooter, which was first introduced in 1946.
Called the Vespa 946 Emporio Armani, the new luxurious scooter features a special dark shade of matte gray color scheme with subdued hints of green that visible only under certain light. Furthermore, all the metallic elements of the body have also been treated with a matte paint to match the monobloc aluminum bodywork finish, plus the seat is covered with a brown leather. To make it exclusive, the 946 scooter comes with the words ‘Emporio Armani’ on the side and the iconic eagle logo of the Giorgio Armani brand sits above the headlight.
Not only has style, the Vespa 946 Emporio Armani is also equipped with high-tech electronic driving controls which work with the latest Internet devices.
The 946 Emporio Armani sits on the 12-inch wheels and is powered by an innovative four-stroke electronic injection engine, and features 220 mm double disc brake with two-channel ABS braking system.
The Vespa 946 Emporio Armani is available as a limited edition. It will be on sale in the selected makets starting from June.
