The photograph of the KTM 1190 Adventure and KTM 1190 Adventure R now surfacing on the internet, thanks to the guys over at ADVForum.
As seen from the pictures, the 2013 KTM 1190 Adventure R sits on a 21-inch wheel up front and an 18-inch wheel at the rear, while the non-R 1190 Adventure version is equipped with a smaller 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel. The wheels on both models will be wrapped in street tires.
The bikes come with matching crash bars and upgraded WP suspension, but with a different windscreen, seat and graphics.
Both 2013 KTM 1190 Adventure and Adventure R will likely be powered by KTM’s LC8 V-twin that delivers an impressive 150bhp and 125Nm of torque. They also will features adjustable traction control, Keihin motor management, electronic fuel injection with drive-by-wire, adjustable ABS, electronically adjustable suspension and anti-hop clutch.
KTM hasn’t revealed any details yet, but it expects to reveal them at the 2012 Intermot show in Cologne, Germany this October.
