Honda has confirmed that its new dual-purpose bike, the CRF250L, will be available in Europe this summer. The Honda CRF250L which was first introducted at last November’s Tokyo Motor Show, is designed for both everyday street use and off-road riding. “As such, it continues a long tradition of Honda machines, dating back to the XL250S of the late 1970s, and the entire XL range that followed.”
The new 2013 Honda CRF250L is powered by a liquid-cooled DOHC single cylinder 249cc engine with 26 bhp (19 kW / 26 PS) and 22.9 Nm (16.8 lb/ft) of torque, and comes equipped with a twin-tube oval-pipe steel chassis, inverted front forks, ProLink rear suspension as well as aluminium swing arm.
There’s no word on CRF250L’s European-spec and pricing at the moment.
