Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo showed off their new 2014 MotoGP livery in Qatar, featuring Movistar graphics. The YZR-M1 with new 2014 MotoGP livery were previously revealed at an event in Jakarta, Indonesia, but the livery has changed since the major Spanish telecommunications company, Movistar, signed a five-year sponsorship contract.
As you can see from the photos, the YZR-M1s ridden by Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi still have a similar paint scheme to the last year’s model, albeit with more white, and now features the logo of new title sponsors Movistar that takes the prime spot on the fairings. The green letter “M” from Yamaha’s secondary sponsor, Monster energy drinks, is also still there.
