The Honda Crosstourer was first launched two years ago as Company’s range-topping adventure sports tourer. For 2014 model year, the Crosstourer receives a few updates, including the adoption of a torque control system, redesigned seat, new wave-key and a new livery.
The 2014 Honda Crosstourer is further refined with the traction control or, as Honda call it, the Torque Control System. The traction control on the 2014 Honda Crosstourer features three different modes that offers different levels of intervention; and it now can also be switched off.
Like the previous model, the 2014 Honda Crosstourer is still powered by the same 1,237cc V4 engine with PGM-FI fuel injection and sports advanced chassis and combined ABS. The option of Honda’s Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) gearbox also receives software refinements.
Other updates include the self-cancelling indicators, a ‘wave’ design ignition key as standard feature, and new paint schemes: a new Matt Titanium Blade Metallic ‘Camo’ SE color.
No word yet on price and availability for the 2014 Honda Crosstourer.
