The 2012 Triumph Daytona 675 gets fresh and striking new sulfur yellow paint scheme and matching pin-striped wheels. Not only that, the Sulphur Yellow version of the Triumph Daytona 675 has also gained carbon fiber front mudguard, carbon fiber instrument surrounds, carbon fiber exhaust heat shield, quickshifter and billet levers.
These upgrades suggest Triumph may be trying to clear out stock of the 2012 model before introducing an all-new 2013 Daytona 675.
Price-wise, the sulfur yellow Triumph Daytona 675 with these upgrades is priced at £8,875 (US$14,200), which is £276 pounds more expensive than the base 2012 Triumph Daytona 675 that is priced at £8,599 (US$13,750). No word on US pricing at the moment, but the MSRP is expected to remain close at $10,999.
Triumph has also announced a number of new color schemes for several of its models, following the 2012 Triumph Speed Triple with the same sulfur yellow paint scheme but without the other upgrades; The Bonneville SE gets new Imperial Purple and white paint option with revised engine cooling fins and a Triumph badge; the Thruxton with new Brooklands Green color; the Scrambler will also be available in Matt Graphite; the Thunderbird with new Blue/Phantom Black and Marble Red Haze options and receive matching two-tone front fenders; the Thunderbird Storm gets a new Matt Graphite paint job; the Speedmaster and America cruisers get new colors and revised engine cooling fins; the 2012 Triumph Speedmaster with two new options, Matt Black and Sapphire Blue/Jet Black; and the new Sapphire Blue/White of America will replace the previously-announced Caribbean Blue/White version of the America.
