2014 Suzuki Boulevard C90, M109R and C50 B.O.S.S. Editions

Suzuki has unveiled the B.O.S.S. (Blacked Out Suzuki Special) Edition of its tourer and cruisers, the Boulevard C90 and the M109R and C50. These three new Blacked-Out Special Suzuki models will join the C90T B.O.S.S. Edition which was unveiled last year.

The Suzuki Boulevard C90 B.O.S.S. is based on the C90, the cruiser version of the C90T. Stripped of the large touring windshield and hard bags, the 2014 Boulevard C90 B.O.S.S. is otherwise the same as the Boulevard C90T B.O.S.S., with all-black wheels, blacked out forks and blacked out exhaust system. The C90 B.O.S.S. still use the same 1462cc long-stroke, liquid-cooled, 54-degree V-twin engine as the standard C90.

Based on the M109R, the 2014 Suzuki Boulevard M109R B.O.S.S. cruiser gets new black styling including wheels, handlebars, fork tubes, mufflers, engine covers, brake calipers and more, plus Marble Daytona Yellow on the fuel tank, fender, headlight cowl, tail and racy wheel striping. The cruiser remains unchanged mechanically, it uses a 1783cc, 8-valve DOHC, 54-degree, liquid-cooled, V-Twin engine, 4.9-gallon tank, thick 240mm rear tire and inverted forks with cartridge internal components.

Joining Suzuki’s lineup as a 2014 model is the Suzuki Boulevard C50 B.O.S.S. Edition. The middleweight cruiser still comes with a fuel-injected, liquid-cooled 50-cubic-inch (805cc) engine, but with blacked-out parts – the handlebar, fork tubes, levers, mufflers, clutch cover, wheels and brake calipers – instead of chromed parts.

The three new Boulevard B.O.S.S. models will hit Suzuki dealerships across the United States in late July. No word on pricing.
