2013 Kawasaki Ninja 650 ABS

Kawasaki has unveiled the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 650. For 2013, the Kawasaki Ninja 650 gets minor upgrades. This middleweight sportbike is now available with an optional anti-lock brakes (ABS) and new color options: Pearl Stardust White, Candy Thunder Blue and Metallic Flat Spark Black.

The 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 650 is powered by the same liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, DOHC, 649cc parallel-twin as 2012 model. The engine is linked to 6-speed gearbox, producing 65 horsepower and 61Nm of torque with an estimated fuel economy figure of 50mpg/21kpl.

The Kawasaki Ninja 650 also has the same features as the previous model, including a 41mm hydraulic telescopic fork that offers 4.9 inches of suspension travel, single rear shock (adjustable for preload) and twin 300mm brake discs with 2-piston calipers at the front. The 209kg Kawasaki Ninja 650 rides on six-spoke, lightweight aluminum 17-inch alloy wheels that wrapped in 120/70 (front) and 160/60 (rear) Dunlop Roadsmart II tyres.

The regular Kawasaki Ninja 650 is priced at $7,599, while the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 650 ABS version costs $8,099.
