Yamaha’s Star Motorcycles division has unveiled the 2014 model year of its 1854cc cruiser, the Raider SCL (Star Custom Line). The 2014 Star Raider SCL gets a new Matte Iron paint job accented with a Matte Raven color to highlight its new blacked out components.
The cruiser also features oxidized, titanium-coated fork tubes, a new two-tone genuine leather seat with beige/red stitching, and new LED turn signals. Since, the production of the 2014 Star Raider SCL is limited to 500 units only, each 2014 Raider SCL also comes with a special hologram individual badge on the top of the fuel tank.
The 2014 Star Raider SCL has similar specs to the standard Raider. It is powered by 113-cubic-inch (1854cc) air-cooled V-twin OHV, 4 valves/cylinder engine mated to a 5-speed gearbox with multiplate wet clutch.
The 2014 Star Raider SCL will be available in February next year and is priced at $16,990, $2000 higher than the standard edition.
