2013 Ducati Hyperstrada

The Ducati Hyperstarad has made its public debut at the EICMA in Milan. Called as the “cross-over” between the Ducati Hypermotard and a Ducati Multistrada 1200, the 2013 Ducati Hyperstrada boasts an 821cc version of the liquid-cooled Testastretta 11-degree engine and features ABS and Ducati Traction Control with integrated Riding Modes (Sport- 110 HP, Touring- 110 HP smooth delivery and Urban – 75 HP).

The 2013 Ducati Hyperstarda comes with more touring-oriented features than the Hypermotard. It comes equipped with 20mm higher handlebars, a strong, lightweight 50 liters of quickly-detachable side-luggage with an optional 31-liter top case, an improved wind protection, a more comfortable passenger grab handles, a special wider touring seat with thicker foam cushioning, two auxiliary 12v power outlets, center stand, longer mudguards and engine sump guard.

The 2013 Ducati Hyperstrada uses 43mm Kayaba upside-down forks with a 150mm stroke and a remotely-adjustable Sachs rear shock with 1500 of travel, as well as Panigale-style 10-spoke cast aluminium wheels and Brembo monobloc M4-32 brakes. The bike has a wet weight of 449.7 pounds.

Available in either Ducati Red or Arctic White, both with gray trellis frame and black wheels,  the 2013 Ducati Hyperstrada will cost $13,295 in the US.
