Husqvarna has recently announced the next Generation of Husqvarna motocross bike, called the 2016 Husqvarna FC250. The 2016 Husqvarna FC250 is the GP bike that is ridden by Aleksandr Tonkov at round four of the FIM Motocross World Championship.
The 2016 Husqvarna FC250 showcases a totally new design, though some of the parts of it such as forks, shock, carbon fiber gas tank, hubs, FMF exhaust, and carbon fiber head stays are from the race team. Husqvarna Motorcycles makes its return to the street segment by unveiling three new street models, the all-new 701 Supermoto and the two clean concept bikes with the finest characteristics, the 401 Vitpilen and 401 Svartpilen.
The 2015 Husqvarna 701 Supermoto is a 340-pound street legal bike powered by a liquid-cooled 690cc single engine with a 102.0mm bore and a 84.5mm stroke, developing 67 hp at 7,500 rpm and 50 pound-feet of torque 6,000 rpm. The 2015 701 Supermoto is equipped with an APTC slipper clutch, electric starter, 4.2-gallon fuel tank, ABS, the most advanced WP suspension and the latest ride-by-wire throttle control with three riding modes (Standard, Soft, and Advanced) that are selectable via a switch under the bike’s long seat.
