Everybody at the 2013 EICMA show got amazed by the beauty of the Ducati’s Monster 1200. The third generation of the Ducati’s naked motorcycles has been voted by EICMA’s visitors and is named as the “Most Beautiful Bike of Show”.

Ducati Monster was first introduced about 20 years ago and is originally designed by Miguel Angel Galluzzi. For this year , the Company has revealed its new monsters, 2014 Ducati Monster 1200 and 2014 Ducati Monster 1200 S, to the world at the 2013 EICMA show.

Both 2014 Ducati Monster 1200 and 1200 S come with the unmistakeable Monster design, which is truly iconic. The Monsters are powered the desmodromic Testastretta 11° L-twin cylinder, 4 valve per cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with a displacement of 1199.4cc, mated to a six speed gearbox with an oil-bath slipper clutch for a light lever feel. 2014 Ducati Panigale 1199 Superleggera

Following its leaked pictures and a few weeks of teasing “Project 1201” video, Ducati has finally introduced its super light superbike, the 2014 Ducati Panigale 1199 Superleggera.

It features forged magnesium wheels from Marchesini, monocoque chassis made of magnesium, full titanium Akrapovic exhaust system, as well as carbonfibre rear sub-frame and bodywork. Furthermore, its engine parts including conrods, exhaust valves and inlet valves  all are titanium.

Made of titanium, magnesium, carbon fiber and comes with a lithium-ion battery, the Panigale 1199 Superleggera weighs just 341.7 pounds (dry), 23 pounds lighter than the Panigale R. Ducati even claims it as “the highest power-to-weight ratio of any production motorcycle”. Read more

2014 Ducati 1199 Panigale S Senna Limited Edition

Ducati has unveiled a special edition model of its 1199 Panigale S superbike, called the 2014 Ducati 1199 Panigale S “Senna” Limited Edition. As its name suggest, the “Senna” Limited Edition is a tribute by Ducati to mark the 20 year death anniversary of Ayton Senna. Production of the 1199 Panigale S “Senna” will be limited to just 161 units only, which is coincidentally the same number of the amount of Grand Prix races in which the Brazilian race star competed.
