2013 Kymco Scooter Lineup

Kymco USA has announced three all-new scooters – the Compagno in 50cc and 110cc variations, and the Movie 150 – and a redesigned Xciting 500 Ri ABS in its 2013 lineup. Those four scooters which come with engine displacements ranging from a 50cc’s to 500cc’s bring to 16 the total number of scooter models within the Kymco stable.

The Compagno 50i and 110i iterations seen on picture above feature a classic Italian-style scooter design with the inner workings of a modern machine. These retro-looks scooters weigh 189 pounds. The Compagno 50i is powered by an air-cooled, 49.5 cc, three-valve, fuel-injected SOHC engine, while the Compagno 110i sports a 112cc four-valve fuel injected engine. Both Compagno 50i and 110i iterations have underseat storage, folding passenger pegs, LCD digital fuel gauge and clock, magnetic key lock and 1.45 gallon fuel tanks.

The Kymco Compagno 50i costs $2,599, and will be offered in Black or White, with silver accents. While the Compagno 110i is available for $2,999, and can be had with Light Blue or Metallic Mocha paint job.

The Kymco Movie 150 comes with a sporty and contemporary scooter design, and is powered by a 149cc quadraple valve calibrated engine that delivers 13.5 hp. This modern mid-size urban commuter sits on a 110/70-12 front tire 130/70-12 rear tires with disc brakes on both wheels, has a 30.7-inch seat height, underseat storage and a 2-gallon fuel tank, as well as an instrument panel which displays speedometer, odometer, clock and fuel gauge.

The 2013 Kymco Movie 150 is available in Tangerine or Black colors, with red performance-accented rear suspension spring and brake calipers. The 2013 Kymco Movie 150 is priced at $3,199.

Lastly, is the redesigned Xciting 500 Ri ABS. The Xciting 500 Ri ABS is largest displacement premium model in the lineup, this scooter sports liquid-cooled, 499cc, fuel-injected engine that delivers 38 hp. This 440-pound scooter comes with a 61.8-inch wheelbase and a 30.7-inch seat height, telescopic front fork and dual adjustable hydraulic shocks. Other features include temperature sensors, odometer, multi-function trip meter and a twelve volt accessory outlet.

Moreover, the Kymco Xciting 500 Ri ABS also comes equipped with bump-absorbing 120/70-15 front and 150/70-14 rear tires, a hand-pull parking brake and generation Bosch ABS with two-piston dual brakes up front and two-piston caliper single disc brake at the rear.

The Kymco Xciting 500 Ri ABS will be offered in Grey or Gold colors, both with red accents to the brake calipers and springs. This scooter is priced at $6,899.

The other scooters that are included in the 2013 Kymco line up include the Downtown 200i ($5,199), the Downtown 300i ($5,599), the Like 200i ($2,699), the Like 200i LX ($2,799), the Agility 125 ($1,899), the Super 8 150 ($2,499), the Agility 50 ($1,499), the two-stroke Super 8 50 2T ($2,199), the People GT 200i ($4,899), the People GT 300i ($5,399), the Like 50 ($2,199) and the Like 50 LX ($2,299).
