Benelli has revealed the 2015 Benelli BN 600GT in Australia. The new four-cylinder mid-sized sportstourer which is based on the BN600 is offered for $8990, with two-year premium roadside assist included.
The 2015 Benelli BN 600GT is powered by the same engine found on the Benelli BN 600R, a 600cc four-valve, DOHC, four-cylinder, liquid-cooled with fuel injection system. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission, with clutch in oil bath, and has a total output of 82 hp at 11,000 and maximum torque of 41.3 ft.lbs at 8000 rpm.
The 2015 Benelli BN 600GT comes with a tubular steel trellis, and a fusion of aluminium at the back. For suspension, it has an inverted 50mm fork and a rear side-mounted aluminium alloy shock absorber with adjustable, preload and rebound adjusting.
Other features include a front double-floating 320mm diameter disc with four-piston radial calipers, a 260mm diameter rear disc with a two-piston caliper, a 27-litre fuel tank, and so on.
The 2015 Benelli BN 600GT is available in two version: regular and LAMS versions. Both are available in white, black or green. The BN 600GT sportstourer is also scheduled to be unveiled in the UK within the next few months.
