Suzuki is planning to present its all-new electric mini-bike concept at the 43rd Tokyo Motor Show, which will be held at the Tokyo Big Sight from November 23 to December 1.
Called the Extrigger (a combination of the words Electric Crossover and Trigger), the bike is powered by an electric motor and lithium-ion battery pack borrowed from Company’s e-Let scooter. The battery/motor combo serves up around 20 miles of range and has a maximum speed of 20 mph.
Visually, the Extrigger looks like the Honda Grom. It has small size, a compact aluminum frame similar to that of a small bicycle and comparatively over-sized tires.
Speaking of which, the Extrigger features a visible light communication (VLC) technology that allow the rider to receive information from the motorcycle shop or enjoy communicating with friends.
