
Kawasaki has unveiled the 2016 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R KRT Edition. While Kawasaki’s supersports racing bikes are limited to a 599cc version, the middleweight-class street bike sold in North America is powered by a 16-valve, long-stroke, DOHC 636cc four-cylinder engine, which is claimed to give significant advantage over its 600cc competition.
The 2016 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R KRT comes with three-mode KTRC traction control and Kawasaki Intelligent ABS (KIBS), selectable full and low engine power modes, plus a cassette-type six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch. Other features include a multi-function LCD instrument panel with an analog-type tachometer, Nissin monobloc radial-mount brake calipers, 310mm petal-type brake discs at the front, Showa big-piston front fork and bottom-link Uni-Trak rear suspension. Here it is the look of the 2016 model year of the CBR500R. Made its public debut at the AIMExpo show in Orlando, Florida, the second-generation CBR500R features a “Aggressive Speed Shape” fresh, edgier design and gets several equipment upgrades.
The 2016 Honda CBR500R gets a revised bodywork, LED headlamp and shortened, upswept taillamp. The 500cc bike also comes equipped with a new shorter exhaust muffler, smoother shifting, adjustable front brake lever, a larger fuel tank, a pre-load-adjustable fork, and a new ignition key. The 2016 Honda CBR500R is still powered by the same 471 cc in-line twin cylinder engine that provides 47Hp. Read more

Yamaha has recently revealed a new flat track concept bike at the 2015 AIMExpo in Orlando, Florida. Called the Yamaha DT-07 Flat Track, the “Dirt Tracker Concept” bike was designed and built by Jeff Palhegyi Design(JPD) in collaboration with Yamaha’s US Racing Division.
It based on a custom chrome-moly frame and is fitted with a special race-tuned FZ-07 twin-cylinder engine that delivers 90 Hp, plus an exhaust system designed by Graves Motorsports. The Yamaha FZ-07 is a great bike and also a great platform for customization, and they wanted to see what they could do with the bike as a flat tracker. Read more
