2016 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R

Kawasaki has unveiled the 2016 model year of its 998cc sportbike, the Kawasaki ZX-10R. For 2016, the Kawasaki ZX-10R has more power from its 998cc engine, and also receives revised styling, chassis and electronics upgrades.

Developed with the input of Kawasaki ’s two World Superbike champions, Jonathan Rea and Tom Sykes, the new 2016 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R “is the closest it is possible for a road going Ninja to be to the machines that have dominated numerous WSBK races and Superpoles in recent years.”

If you hard to imagine what a sportbike would look like when it got some modifications and turned into a scrambler, then you should check this one, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Scrambler.

The scrambler model pictured above is just a render done by Holographic Hammer, but Indonesian workshop Baru Motor Sport (BMS) commissioned a bike design from the Holographics Hammer, which means BMS will make our dream to see the real Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Scrambler come true – even if we will only see a picture of it, or maybe if you have a lot of money you can asked BMS to sell it to you. 2016 Kawasaki Z1000SX Receives New Clutch


2016 Kawasaki Ninja 1000

There’s no official statements yet but details of the technical specs of the 2016 Kawasaki Z1000SX have showed up on Kawasaki’s Australian website.

According to the spec list, the only technical change Z1000SX (known as Ninja 1000 in Australia) got is a new ‘Assist and Slipper’ clutch, which actually already appeared on the 2015 model year of Versys 1000 – the Versys 1000 has the same engine and transmission as the Kawasaki Z1000SX.

In Australia, the 2016 Kawasaki Z1000SX or 2016 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 will be available Candy Lime Green Type 3 with Galaxy Silver and Metallic Spark Black, and Metallic Carbon Grey with Metallic Spark Black. Read more
