Triumph Scrambler Jurassic World Motorcycle Sold for Charity

Have you already watch Jurassic World? If so, then you will recognize this stand-out Triumph Scrambler that was ridden by actor Chris Pratt in Jurassic World movie.

There are only three Jurassic Scramblers have been made and supplied by Triumph for the movie, but only one unit was made available for purchase – it was sold out. How about the other two? One was presented to Chris Pratt as a gift from Triumph, while another one is on display at Triumph Motorcycle headquarters.

The Triumph Scrambler Jurassic World pictured above has beeen presented for auction eBay by Triumph Motorcycles. It was listed on eBay and was sold for $43,700. The money will go to the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride, a global series of motorcycle events which is Triumph Motorcycles’ official charity partner which raises funds for prostate cancer research.

The Triumph Scrambler Jurassic World is based on the Bonneville model. It is powered by a twin cylinder, 865cc engine that delivers 59BHP at 6800 revs and a peak torque of 68Nm (50.1 lb-ft) at 4750 revs. Inspired by the TR6C Trophy, the bike gets some modifications including single seat and rack, Arrow Racing high level exhaust, custom footpegs, handlebars, and is painted in Matte Green. Furthermore, the bike comes with a certificate of authenticity.
