Earlier this month at the 2013 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy, Harley-Davidson has revealed two new Dark Custom motorcycles, the 2014 Revolution X Street 750 and the 2014 Revolution X Street 500. Both Street 750 and 500 are built on the first all-new platform from Harley-Davidson in 13 years.

Aimed to attrach young, urban riders, the two motorcycles are powered by the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine cradled in a new, narrow and agile chassis with a low 26.3-inch seat height, new suspension, along with a wide handlebar and minimalist Dark Custom styling.

The engine comes in a 60-degree V-twin configuration with four-valve cylinder heads, linked to a six-speed transmission and offered in 494 and 749 cc displacements. Other features include 2-into-1 exhaust, disc brakes, LED tail lights, 59.5 inch wheelbase, 17 inch front wheel and 15 inch rear wheel, etc.

The Street 750 and Street 500 for US and Canadian markets will be manufactured in the Harley-Davidson Vehicle and Powertrain Operations plant in Kansas City, Missouri. Meanwhile, for Indian and European markets will be built in Bawal, India.
